This led to his selection as the representative of several luxury developments, like Penny Savings Bank in Boston’s South End. He established his prominence as the “go-to” agent for developers in Greater Boston. In a few cases, he was hired to sell developments that were performing poorly with agents in other firms. Most recently, Brian has represented a boutique development on historic Union Park, a LEED-Certified project in Mission Hill, and luxury developments with $3-4.5 million condominiums in the South End and Beacon Hill. His current portfolio consists of three developments with more than 70 units total.

Brian’s interest in local neighborhoods is not limited to real estate. He contributes both time and resources to many organizations. He has organized several fundraisers to benefit the South End Youth Baseball League, often with Red Sox great, Luis Tiant. He has received recognition for his dedicated efforts on behalf of Big Brothers. He is also a regular supporter of Project Place.

mary-kelleherA top producer at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Mary Kelleher has over 32 years’ experience in real estate in Boston. In 1983, she founded Boston Bay Realty (a residential marketing firm). She quickly established long-term relationships with many of Boston’s top developers.

Over the span of her career she has marketed numerous pre-construction condominium projects at record breaking prices. In 2008, with an emphasis on combining green elements and the latest of new technology, Mary marketed 79 Chandler Street (a 9 unit boutique building in the South End) at record breaking prices with high acclaim. Her most recent successes include Phase II of the Allele building, which will have 48 units and 32 Rutland Street, a boutique development with 6 ultra-luxurious condominiums in the South End. The loyalty of her clients is a testimony to her energy, dedication and commitment.

Mary devotes much of her time to a variety of charities. She is Board President of Project Place, a nonprofit which works with homeless men and women to secure educational, job and housing opportunities. She is co-founder of Yoga Home Yoga Aum, a nonprofit yoga program which works with teens and adults in 12-step recovery programs and cancer recovery groups. Through Project Place, she will be starting a similar program for veterans. She was honored by the Gavin Foundation in October 2009 for her work with teens and young adults.

Together, with her husband Kevin Leary, she has received the Callahan Service award from the Nativity Preparatory School in February 2010. She is on the Celebration Committee for the Rodman Ride for Kids. She supports many other charities including Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, South End Little League, Boston Living Center, and Christmas in the City. Kevin and Mary live in Boston’s South End. They are the proud parents of six children and thirteen grandchildren.

Taylor Driscoll is the newest member of the Hancock team. She has been a full-time intern with Gibson Sotheby’s since May. She helps in assisting Brian and Melissa on crucial project plans and data input on a majority of the team’s listings.

She is studying journalism at Northeastern.

Melissa Chernesky has been working for Gibson Sotheby’s since August of last year. She is an instrumental part of project development from the first meeting until the last sale. Melissa has over twenty years of experience in customer service.

With this background, she has become crucial part of the team. She has also has assisted in the marketing of many listings and projects to further her expertise.

Melissa was born in Boston but moved to Maine where she lived for most of her childhood. She attended St.Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.

Jeff has been with Gibson Sotheby’s since 2013 when he began working part-time at the Sotheby’s South End office during his Sophomore year of college. Soon after beginning at Gibson Sotheby’s, Jeff began assisting Brian Perry in his Development Projects, including the American Institute of Architects Gold Medal Recipient for sustainable design,The Fort Hill E+ Townhomes, The Whitwell in Beacon Hill, and the forthcoming Dot Block project in Savin Hill.

Jeff has held his real estate license since the beginning of 2014 and often helps Brian with Open Houses for their New Developments, communication between Development Teams and Gibson Sotheby’s, and the leasing of past clients’ properties in and around Boston.

Jeff is currently pursuing his MBA at Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business, where he is expected to graduate from in December of 2016.
